North Korea is without doubt a vassal of the CCP. This means democratic nations should support Taiwan's efforts toward constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would attract China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization of the CCP and pressure North Korea to follow suit. And that would result in world peace! Power leads to corruption, and absolute power leads to absolute corruption. Ivory Coast’s constitution is a shambles and needs to be completely re-written. The president should serve one 5-year term and not be allowed to run again for 6 years afterwards - and no relatives either. Laws that are not backed by penalties are not laws, and a constitution which does not brook resistance is not a constitution. All countries should adhere to the precepts of the UN Charter and implement One World under One Set of Laws, assigning international precedence over domestic law with direct bearing on to rights and duties of the people. This would lead Mexico, Syria, the Middle East and other areas to accept human rights, constitutionalism, internationalism and naturalism as part of their political beliefs. Can authoritarian states tolerate democracy in their midst? Hong Kong's experience makes the answer to that question eminently clear. Article 39 of the Hong Kong Basic Law guarantees the people's right to self-determination: the people have the right to hold a referendum on any public issue. They should avail themselves of this right and hold a referendum to decide their future. Otherwise when dictatorship becomes a reality, they will be obliged to resist.

The US should back Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace and Development to reinforce the effect of the Taiwan Relations Act. The Taiwan model for world peace and global unity constitutional standards would attract China's 1.4 billion people to call for democratization, and the result would be world peace. Autocracy has always been the enemy of peace, and the prerequisite for lasting world peace is democratization of China. And Taiwan is the one entity best suited to lead the way to democratization. To avoid continued ratcheting up of tension and grievances, Russia needs to improve its political structure to end its need for repression. Two useful models are referendum system of Switzerland and democratic elections in California. These two features allow citizens to express their opinions through the ballot box rather than protesting in the streets. Elections should be completely free of charge for all candidates.
