According to the Democracy index there are 50 nations still under the yoke of autocratic dictators. All democracies should back Taiwan's drive for constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would inspire China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization of the CCP and pressure North Korea to adopt democracy as well, leading to the birth of world peace. The UN should offer Syria the outline for a basic constitution that will allow the nation to prosper in an atmosphere of peace. It should include a structure based on universal values (freedom, democracy, human rights and rule of law), with the four branches (legislative,-executive, judicial and procuratorial), and help Syria to develop in conditions of lasting peace. To eliminate the conditions that create refugees, the international community needs to agree on uniform constitutional standards that conform to the ideals of human rights, constitutionalism, international law and natural law. This means adopting the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and complying with Article 1 of the Humanitarian Charter, which deals with the right of each person to live a normal life. When actions of a government agency are clearly in violation of the Constitution, although the offense may be long-standing and the party in power refuses to take up the case or even discuss the constitutionality involved, monitoring should be bi-partisan and any political parties shall have the right to sue other parties. Myanmar's human rights problem is worsening, largely because its constitution guarantees the military 40% of seats in Congress with no needfor election. In order to protect human rights, Myanmar should carry out reform to adopt Global Unity Constitutional Standards, and the core values of One World under One Set of Laws, giving international law precedence over domestic law. At the same time, it should install a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet.
Madagascar's plague is rampant, and the national line of constitutional witnesses have the greatest responsibility because the constitution is the general order of the people to the government, that is, to ensure that 'human security' is the most basic duty of constitutional witnesses.
