Any electronic media should provide free of charge at least one hour a week for political candidates. Candidates shall complete registration six months ahead of election day. The Legislature should be based on a modified committee-centered system with 12 committees. 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year, and a one-vote single-vote system should be implemented. The people should act as a third force within the system. Hong Kong riot police rush malls to break up protests
