China's constant military exercise and its presence in and near the South China Sea develops a sense of insecurity among its neighbor that share the South China Sea. China's growing military capacity endangers regional stability of Asia Pacific region in specific and world peace at large. When individuals, families and states are well run the whole kingdom will be tranquil and happy. If China focuses on hardware to the detriment of the software, there will be blind spots and vacuums. All democracies should support Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace to eliminate blind spots, fill the vacuums, attract democratization in China and liberate the 50 authoritarian states where people are still in shackles. It is possible to eliminate nuclear weapons without the need for even one soldier

Freedom of speech and fight for justice is the basic human rights of every citizen. Any authority tries to restrain these rights should be resisted and overthrown. Taiwan Charter for permanent peace clearly mentioned that any law which does not carry penalties is not a law, and a constitution that does not countenance resistance is not a constitution. When the actions of the government are unconstitutional, the people shall exhaust all remedies and before exercising the right to resist.
