The political views of the candidate are the social contracts with the electorate as well as constitutional contracts. One who is elected should be held responsible for violating such constitutional contracts. Any elected public official who has betrayed his/her campaign for political views or the people of the country during the term of office shall be arrested on the basis of the current crime of betrayal. His/Her power in office shall be automatically extinguished, and all public funds of his support shall be pursued. The President shall not be exempted, either. When individuals, families and states are well run the whole kingdom will be tranquil and happy. If the US focuses on hardware to the detriment of the software, there will be blind spots and vacuums. All democracies should support Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace to eliminate blind spots, fill the vacuums, attract democratization in China and liberate the 50 authoritarian states where people are still in shackles.
