The UN should, on the one hand, take action on the crime of abusing people while on the other hand assist Myanmar in changing its government system to establish a legal foundation for permanent peace. The president should serve one five-year term and not be allowed to run again for six years. During this period, all compensation and benefits shall remain unchanged.
