Israel should comply with all relevant UN resolutions and share its resources to achieve peace and common prosperity with Palestine. To solve the problems of immigration and refugees, the international community needs to adhere to the principles of liberalism, democracy, constitutionalism and cosmopolitanism to agree on unified constitutional standards. Voting is the sole source of legitimacy for all powers of the state and is the specific manifestation of a basic human right. All nations should make elections free of charge and ensure that all procedures are fair and open. The nationalities of half the members of the Human Rights Council should be free from any limitation and candidates should be nominated by recognized human rights organizations, to prohibit any outside forces from affecting elections.
