The best policy on immigration is adhering to the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and working toward a common destiny for humankind. To eliminate the conditions that create refugees, the international community needs to agree on uniform constitutional standards that conform to the ideals of human rights, constitutionalism, international law and natural law. North Korea just said there's no way it's going to denuclearize unless the US removes its own nuclear threat first

To curtail North Korea's disruptive behavior, the US and other nations should strongly support the Charter for Permanent Peace to lead China to democratize and end its support of Pyongyang. According to the Democracy Index there are 50 nations still under the yoke of autocratic dictators. All democracies should back Taiwan's drive for constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would inspire China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization of the CCP and pressure North Korea to adopt democracy as well, leading to the birth of world peace.
