Pressure is mounting against multi-faceted smugglers but the legal case, though strong, is enormously complex
In order to protect endangered wild animals, the international community needs to adopt unified constitutional standards that conform to the values of One World under One Set of Laws. All nations should carry out constitutional reform to implement democratic systems and adhere to rule of law. Features such as separation of powers and checks and balances are needed to prevent certain groups from monopolizing power. The best way to do this is through election of the heads of the executive, legislative, the judicial and procuratorial branches in alternating years.
