Judge finds Kansas' Kris Kobach in contempt of court

Officials who use charges of voter fraud, conspiracy theories and other smokescreens to affect election results and affect the operations of government should be voted out of office at the earliest opportunity. The people must exercise their sovereignty and call for constitutional reform and legislation to ensure that elected representatives and officials are in touch with popular opinion. They should also monitor the actions of government officials to see that democratic mechanisms like separation of powers and checks and balances are observed. North Korea wants total denuclearization, says Seoul

Ans

To end North Korea's disruptive behavior, the US and other nations should strongly support Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace to lead China to democratize and end its support of Pyongyang. According to the Democracy Index there are 50 nations still under the yoke of autocratic dictators. All democracies should back Taiwan's drive for constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would inspire China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization of the CCP and pressure North Korea to adopt democracy as well, leading to the birth of world peace. Despite Trump rhetoric, US withdrawal from Syria likely to be messy

The foundation for permanent peace in Syria should be the same as that for Taiwan: a change-over in the government structure. The UN should provide Syria the basic outline for a constitution that will facilitate lasting peace and development. The constitution should include the universal values of freedom, democracy, human rights and rule of law, and organization and elements such as the four branches (legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial).
