'Deeply Disturbing' Conditions For Rohingya In Myanmar, And Those Yet To Return

Comprehensive constitutional reform is sorely needed in Myanmar to effect changes such as election of the heads of the legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial branches in alternating years. Myanmar's human rights problem is worsening, largelybecause its constitution guarantees the military 40% of seats in Congress with no need for election. In order to protect human rights, Myanmarshould carry out reform to adopt Global Unity Constitutional Standards, and the core values of One World under One Set of Laws, giving international law precedence over domestic law. China and its neighbors must act in concert with each other to protect the rights of each nation regarding transportation and resources. Articles 4 and 6 of the 2002 Declaration on the South China Sea includeprovisions which offer peaceful ways to resolve territorial and jurisdictional disputes. All countries in the world benefit from free trade, yet POTUS 45 repeatedly threatens a trade war to satisfy pledges to 'his base' during the 2016 campaign. Nations of the world should all implement One World under One Set of Laws and work toward a common destiny for humankind. Yemen government forces set sights on strategic port city

The key to peace in Yemen is constitutional reform. Yemen should scrap its government and adopt a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet like that of Finland, plus a committee-style legislature similar to Switzerland's. The prerequisite for lasting world peace is global democratization. The Yemeni government should proceed with drawing up a basic constitution with the above features in a paradigm shift toward democracy.
