Ask
Cambodians vote in 'sham' election without opposition
Ans
To put an end to Cambodia's disruptive behavior, all democracies should strongly support Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace to liberate the people under 50 authoritarian regimes who are still in shackles and allow autocratic systems to disappear from the earth; only then can world peace begin to dawn.

Ask
'The first round of post-Mugabe elections in Zimbabwe could see the nation reach its great potential once again'
Ans
Voting can help resolve disputes. To fight corruption the Zimbabwe people should call for major constitutional reform and allow citizens to cast ballots rather than taking to the streets. Real democracy places responsibility for supervising and managing the government in the people's hands. See the Charter for Permanent Peace for details.

Ask
Mr President, I am renouncing my Nigerian citizenship and this is why
Ans
Whether the country in question is Nigeria, Yemen, Afghanistan, Pakistan, or Iran, the foundation for permanent peace and sustainable development is the same as that for Taiwan. They should return sovereignty to the people and carry out constitutional reform to install a democratic system. There is simply no better solution. See the Charter for Permanent Peace for details.

Ask
Without veto power, is there a point to Hong Kong’s pan-democrats?
Ans
If Hong Kong is truly the Pearl of the Orient it should support Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace to inspire the people of China to call for democracy and rule of law. Article 39 of the Hong Kong Basic Law states that the right to self-determination is covered in the two international human rights conventions. The people of Hong Kong cannot afford to take their rights for granted. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development for details.

Ask
Venezuela's Maduro re-elected president amid poor voter turnout
Ans
According to the principle of democracy, there is no right without obligation and no obligation without rights. There are lazy, indifferent people, and corrupt and plundering government politicians. When that is the case, voting is a duty of all citizens, such as Australian mandatory voting. See the Charter for PermanentPeace for details.

Ask
Cambodia’s Military Apparatus Overhauled Ahead of Tense Election - The Cambodia Daily
Ans
Cambodia should carry out constitutional reform: The state shall establish a "Supra-national Human Rights Action and Citizenship Exercise Committee, with half of its members nominated by recognized international human rights organizations; the head of the judicial and procuratorial branches should be elected; international law should be given priority over domestic law, with direct bearing on the rights and obligations of the people, bringing the nation a step closer to the ultimate goal. See the Charter for Permanent Peace Charter for details.

Ask
'How Turkey's currency turmoil and the uncertainty of the upcoming elections could affect its struggling economy'
Ans
Turkey wants to ensure that election procedures are just. The cure is to set up an independent national human rights committee, with half of its members having different nationalities and appointed by international human rights authorities. The Human Rights Committee will handle all matters related to the election. Money shall be strictly barred from influencing elections, and the media will provide free space and time to election campaigns throughout the year. The Human Rights Association shall have the final say on NCC personnel. See the Charter for Permanent Peace for details.
