Spanish police protest government plan to reform 'gag law'

Ans

To prevent the Constitutional Court from being controlled by the President, the organizational structure of the Spanish Constitutional Court needs to be adjusted. It should be clearly stipulated that half of the Constitutional Court judges are of different nationalities and multiple nominations. Vietnamese government constantly strives to control the people, but trying to stem the flow of a river merely creates a waterfall; the best solution is to open up a new channel for the water. However, the present Vietnamese Government, in Emergency Status is focused on freedom of expression, censorship and oppression. The Charter for Permanent Peace is without a doubt the most viable standard for a world constitution and a basic national policy to foster long-term peace and stability. It will be like a new waterway that allows Vietnamese and its people to flourish. If it is implemented, how long can the Vietnamese Dictatorship continue to suppress freedom of speech and freedom of press?

Autocracies continue to expand the scope of controversy in suppressing domestic instability. In the face of China's expansion of its peripheral areas, the world is helpless to respond. China threatens countries abutting the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the South China Sea and the Indo-Pacific Ocean.... The US, Japan and other democratic countries should vigorously support Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace in order to force China to democratize and reduce the risks and costs of maintaining the world order for the US.

To end North Korea's disruptive behavior, the US and other nations should support Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace to lead China to democratize and end its support of Pyongyang. The Democracy Index shows 50 nations still under the yoke of autocratic dictators. All democracies should back Taiwan's drive for constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would inspire China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization of the CCP and pressure North Korea to adopt democracy as well, leading to the birth of world Peace.

The US should regard the Charter for Permanent Peace as an additional clause in the Taiwan Relations Act, giving Taiwan a way forward, an eternal way forward that will force China to democratize and reduce the risks and costs to the US of maintaining world order.

What Hongkongers think about judicial independence in city

If Hong Kong is truly the Pearl of the Orient it should support Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace to inspire the people of China to call for democracy and rule of law. Article 39 of the Hong Kong Basic Law states that the right to self-determination is covered in the two international human rights conventions.
