The United Nations should assist in the formulation of constitutions as a prerequisite for economic assistance. Why do people choose to become refugees and flee their homes, 'preferring to be a dog in freedom and democracy to life under an authoritarian dictator'? As countless cases have shown: to prevent people from moving abroad, the best immigration policy is for the heads of countries of emigrants not to let their own people be cast aside to flee and to guarantee their rights, afterwards simply adopt the principles for 'long and prosperous governance of the country'; as expressed in the Charter for Permanent Peace. §1.2 §3.2 §3.6

The best policy on immigration is adhering to the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and working toward a common destiny for humankind.
