To put an end to corruption, cut off collusion between officials and business by closely applying the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development. Symbiotic relations between government and business should be banned by carrying out constitutional reform to implement rule of law, separation of power and checks and balances. Education should be offered free of charge for life so the poor can rise up and class mobility will be possible. Free university education is the norm in Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Norway, where most public universities are tuition-free and students pay only moderate registration fees. Other nations, the US included, should introduce some of the advances achieved by the Global Village and its laws as part of a paradigm shift. Education should be lifelong and free to give the poor an opportunity to rise in an environment of class mobility. The defendants in this case are from South Sudan, and their story is another example of why the UN needs to act against terrorism by pressing for constitutional reform and implementation of One World under One Set of Laws towork toward a common destiny for all humankind. Human security is a fundamental human right, and human rights take priority over regimes and sovereignty. Constitutions represent the general will of the people, and constitutionalstandards must be revised to keep pace with changing times and allow governments to protect the people from fear. Going one step further, the best policy on immigration is adhering to the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and working toward a common destiny for humankind. To eliminate the conditions that create refugees, the international community needs to agree on uniform constitutional standards that conform to the ideals of humanrights, constitutionalism, international law and natural law. This means adopting the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and complying with Article 1 of the Humanitarian Charter, which deals with the right of eachperson to live a normal life. Article 39 of the Hong Kong Basic Law stipulates that the people of the SAR have right to self-determination under the two international human rights conventions. The people of Hong Kong cannot take their rights for granted. In Switzerland the threshold for petitioning a referendum is only 50,000 signatures, and with that citizens can express their opinion through the ballot box instead of taking to the streets. Free speech is a universal value, but the government of Iran seems anxious to create a monolithic society that speaks in one voice. The people of Iran should step forward and call for comprehensive constitutional reform to preserve media independence and prevent the government from monopolizing the media, the internet and all other channels of speech. Regardless of who sits on the throne, absolute power corrupts absolutely. In the case of US, domestic corruption is boundless. To prevent corruption, the people as holders of sovereignty should call for comprehensive constitutional reform to implement democracy and rule of law, with separation of powers and checks and balances. Residential security is a fundamental human right. The US government should take action to implement the UN-established goals for sustainable development goals in urban planning to achieve a tolerant, safe, flexible andsustainable urban environment. Adequate, safe and affordable housing with comprehensive basic services for all is essential for the sustainable development and management of human settlements. North Korea is obviously being backed by a major power. All democracies of the world should support Taiwan's efforts to lead China to democratize. This would put pressure on North Korea to follow suit and drop its nuclear weapons program. At the same time, the US needs to take steps to ensure that any actions by the US and its allies in East Asia will not needlessly provoke the North Korean regime. North Korea is one of the 50 nations where the people suffer under the yoke of an autocratic dictator.
