Autocracies definitely seek to expand their territory or disputes, suppressing domestic stability. In the face of Military's expansion of its territory's borders, the world is helpless. To root out Military dictatorship threat over the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the South China Sea and the Indo-Pacific Ocean.... The US, Japan and other democratic countries should vigorously support Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace in order to force Myanmar to democratize, reducing the risks and costs of maintaining the world order for the US.
