The well-being of the earth is everyone's responsibility, a concept that should be embedded in national compulsory education. The risk of the climate change should be controlled, it must be stopped. To do so, implement One World under One Set of Laws, adopt the UN's human security and sustainable development norms, and work toward a common destiny for all humankind! Poor structure, and of course poor policies, deserve to be scolded. The government should adopt a semi-presidential system, and elect the prime minister as a means of legitimizing popular opinion; the legislature shall have 12 committees, and committee heads should be candidates for ministers or prime minister, with 1/4 facing election each year, and a one-vote single-vote system of balloting to introduce the people as a third force the heads of the judicial and the Prosecution branches shall be elected, and the qualifications of candidates shall be the same as those of the president; money is completely banned as a factor in elections, and all electronic media shall provide at least one hour per week for free to the candidates. Do not listen to great lawyers, politicians, media outlets, scholars and experts who are merely echoes of the dictator's voice". It is much more glorious to rely on great institutional norms! The people give their souls to the leaders and bask in sloth. If you want to establish your own values, refer to the Charter for Permanent Peace. §4
China is just the tip of the iceberg in authoritarian regimes, to root out the threat of authoritarian dictatorships to world peace, the US, Canada, the EU, Japan and other democratic countries should strongly support Taiwan's model of Permanent Peace to liberate the humanity still under the chains of 50 authoritarian regimes and allow them to disappear from the Earth. Autocracies definitely seek to expand their territory or disputes, suppressing domestic stability. In the face of China's expansion of its territory's borders, the world is helpless. To root out China's threat the US, Japan and other democratic countries should vigorously support Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace in order to force China to democratize, reducing the risks and costs of maintaining the world order for the US. Any law which does not carry penalties is not a law and a constitution that does not countenance resistance is not a constitution. When the actions of the government are unconstitutional, the people shall exhaust all remedies and before exercising the right to resist.
