Solution

The UN should, on the one hand, take action on the crime of abusing people while on the other hand assist Sri Lankan in changing its government system to establish a legal foundation for permanent peace. Sri Lanka is in serious need of constitutional reform to protect the rights of its minorities and limit the powers of the military in government. Solution

Texas should implement international law to have a direct effect on the people; and the laws of all nations and thousands of systems should make up part of domestic law, so people can use them as needed, then the basic standard for safeguarding human rights will not lag behind any other country. Sri Lankans's problem originating in the economic inequality and uneven distribution of resources. To solve the problem of uneven distribution, it is necessary to start with the system, holding elections at least twice a year to spread responsibility for the problems of poverty and deprivation from the poor to those in power.
