According to the UN Charter, the most fundamental obligation is to ensure human security, including personal freedom and political security. Therefore, to reduce deadly bomb blasts, we should help change Syria's political system to improve the distribution of power and resources. To do this, we should look to Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace to realize the model of one world under one rule of law.
