The United States announced sanctions on two North Korean officials behind their country’s ballistic missile programme on Tuesday, while Russia reiterated an offer to mediate to ease tensions between Washington and Pyongyang.
North Korea should recognize that squaring off against the world is not in its best interest. However, the United States' choice to deal with North Korea with tougher means may lead to even greater disasters. In short, this is a conflict of national interests, thus the world should act to adopt universallaws for all countries, so that all countries can observe common laws and conflicts can be eliminated. Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace and Development is a complete complete global set of laws that are perfectlysuited for the whole world to use, meaning the issue can easily be solved.
