The problem originates in the economic inequality and uneven distribution of resources. To solve the problem of uneven distribution, it is necessary to start with the system, holding elections at least twice a year to spread responsibility for the problems of poverty and deprivation from the poor to those in power. The state must function ethically and take action to eliminate poverty and deprivation. The Charter for Permanent Peace is the only formula that will work.

New policy approach for nuke-armed North Korea

In accordance with the UN Charter, ensuring human security is the most basic obligation, including personal liberty and political security. Therefore, to eradicate terrorism, we should help change the political system of the North Korea to improve power and resource allocation. To do so, refer to Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace in order to implement the model of One World under One Set of Laws.
