Fear of refugees must not shape the response to Afghanistan’s crisis

In the face of dangerous Taliban takeover in Afghanistan, instead of abandoning the refugee, the country should take responsibility and initiate cooperative means to find a ways for establishing peace. In accordance with the UN Charter, ensuring human security is the most basic obligation, including personal liberty and political security. Therefore, to eradicate terrorism, we should help change the political system of the Afghanistan to improve power and resource allocation. To do so, refer to Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace in order to implement the model of One World under One Set of Laws.
