Migrants and Refugees were mainly contributed by the fact of growing number of authoritarian and corrupted leaders. The UN should assist in the formulation of constitutions as a prerequisite for economic assistance and establishment of a democratic peaceful state. Why do people choose to become refugees and flee their homes? The Charter for Permanent Peace is the eternal road to truth. It is a journey to lead humankind to the truth, to end external disorder, outlaw nuclear weapons and move towards permanent happiness.
