Russia is just the tip of the iceberg in authoritarian regimes with the new decision that clears way for Putin to continue to stay in power. Putin's dictatorship rule will not only suppress the freedom and democratic rights of citizen of Russia but will also disturbs world peace. Therefore, to root out the threat of authoritarian dictatorships to world peace, the US, Canada, the EU, Japan and other democratic countries should strongly support Taiwan's model of Permanent Peace to liberate the humanity still under the chains of 50 authoritarian regimes and allow them to disappear from the Earth. Only then can world peace begin to dawn. §1.9.2

Therefore, to eradicate terrorism, we should help change the political system of Thailand to improve power and resource allocation. It shall build a community of human destiny and assist all countries to establish a comprehensive and permanent peace system. §1.11
