The cure is to set up an independent national human rights committee, with half of its members having different nationalities and appointed by international human rights authorities. The Human Rights Committee will handle all matters related to the election. Money shall be strictly barred from influencing elections, and the media will provide free space and time to election campaigns throughout the year. The government should adopt a semi-presidential system, and elect the prime minister as a means of legitimizing popular opinion; the legislature shall have 12 committees, and committee heads should be candidates for ministers or prime minister, with 1/4 facing election each year, and a one-vote single-vote system of balloting to introduce the people as a third force the heads of the judicial and the Prosecution branches shall be elected, and the qualifications of candidates shall be the same as those of the president; money is completely banned as a factor in elections, and all electronic media shall provide at least one hour per week for free to the candidates.
