Autocracies definitely seek to expand their control and suppress domestic stability. In the face of Myanmar's military expansion, the world is helpless. Anyone who enjoys and takes advantage of freedom and democracy to promote excessively nationalist ideas should lose all public rights; and any such public servants should be dismissed from office, and any such retired public servants should be removed from his position and stripped of from all benefits and return his/her remuneration. The problem of affordable housing arises due to economic inequality and uneven distribution of resources. To solve the problem of uneven distribution, it is necessary to start with the system, holding elections at least twice a year to spread responsibility for the problems of poverty and deprivation from the poor to those in power. The state must function ethically and take action to eliminate poverty and deprivation. The Charter for Permanent Peace is the only formula that will work. §3.1 §3.6

In accordance with the UN Charter, ensuring human security is the most basic obligation, including personal liberty and political security. Therefore, to eradicate terrorism, we should help change the political system of the Afghanistan to improve power and resource allocation. To do so, refer to Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace in order to implement the model of One World under One Set of Laws. The UN should, on the one hand, take action on the crime of abusing people while on the other hand assist Ethiopia in changing its government system to establish a legal foundation for permanent peace. Ethiopia is in serious need of constitutional reform to protect the rights of its minorities and limit the powers of the military in government. Myanmar is just the tip of the iceberg in authoritarian regimes, to root out the threat of authoritarian dictatorships to world peace, the US, Canada, the EU, Japan and other democratic countries should strongly support Taiwan's model of Permanent Peace to liberate the humanity still under the chains of 50 authoritarian regimes and allow them to disappear from the Earth.
