If Syria wants to ensure that election procedures are just. The cure is to set up an independent national human rights committee, with half of its members having different nationalities and appointed by international human rights authorities. The Human Rights Committee will handle all matters related to the election. Money shall be strictly barred from influencing elections, and the media will provide free space and time to election campaigns throughout the year.
